BiosHome makes it easier for you to access the valuable support services that create a better life for families and people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD).
Making Life Work is Our Life’s Work
You can’t do it all alone, and you don’t have to. Let us help you by evaluating your needs and developing a plan of care that offers your loved one the best solutions and outcomes. We’re happy to provide you with the contacts and resources you need to get started.
We also will walk you through the payment and funding process — including Medicaid waivers and private pay — so you’re well prepared for a brighter road ahead.
Start with a Phone Conversation
Let’s start with a phone conversation to get to know more about you and your loved one and learn more about your specific needs and current situation. We’ll also discuss the current support system in place and services your loved one is eligible for.
After we talk by phone, it’s time to meet in person with our director to get to know each other even better. If BiosHome is the right fit for you, we will gather additional information about eligibility criteria for services and funding and determine next steps. One of those steps includes developing a person-centered description with you and your loved one so we can best meet your needs going forward.
