BiosHome accepts private pay to support people with intellectual and development disabilities (ID/DD) in Oklahoma and Tennessee. Disabilities include, but are not limited to, autism, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, brain injury, fetal alcohol syndrome, Down syndrome and severe visual or hearing impairment.
Determining Eligibility
BiosHome determines eligibility for private pay based on our capacity to meet the needs requested and your ability to pay for the service.
To get started, we develop a service contract describing the agreed-upon services and frequency of visits. A deposit is required to begin services. Contracts are renewed every six months or as needed if service needs or schedules change.
How Services Are Billed
Services are typically billed on an hourly basis with a three-hour minimum for each visit. Transportation provided or errands run during a visit are billed per mile unless a family vehicle is used for the travel.
