Shannon Holcomb has been with Bios since 1994 — and for good reason.

The former vocational program manager and area director has earned a reputation for benevolence and devotion to her work, leading to her position as the company’s executive director for Oklahoma. Her years of devotion to our employees and the people we support have culminated in her current position as Chief Operating Officer.

Shannon treasures the many relationships her job has allowed her to make, many of which she has carried with her throughout her life. She also enjoys getting to organize groups of people with a common goal of improving others’ lives and making the world a better place.

A graduate of Oklahoma State University, Shannon loves sports and enjoys spending time on her family’s farm with their animals.
