I love working for Bios because it’s a very rewarding job. Our leadership takes time to train staff the way we need to be trained, so we can take care of the people we serve. The company also takes time to make sure the staff and people we work for are safe. This has been the best place I have ever worked.

In seven years at Bios, I have learned to be patient, kind and respectful. I love my job because the people I serve need me to help them to overcome obstacles. Taking the time to help someone with special needs makes you value each human being everyday. I am thankful to have great leadership at Bios and to help other people to reach their daily goals.

I can recommend Bios without reservation. The administrative staff is interested and responsive. The care staff is dedicated and involved in giving residents a much better quality of life. (The current resident I work for) is in much better health, plus her mobility and attitude have improved dramatically.
